The house of the Elder of Arenzano, strongly desired by the late Monsignor Carlo Dellacasa, began to welcome the guests of our community in February 1996. It has nine double rooms and five single rooms. It is managed by a group of volunteers who, together with the four nuns form the Board of Directors. This is a social residence for self-sufficient seniors where guests only have to think about personal hygiene and don't have to worry about preparing meals and washing linen. They are free to go out in the pleasant context of a tourist town, full of green areas and a promenade by the sea. Residents of the Arenzanese community have priority for entering the structure. To be placed on the waiting list it is sufficient to formulate an application indicating all the data of the person concerned and of the people to contact. Self-sufficiency is certified through the Aged form (by the attending physician) and, after a short trial period, you can enter the facility permanently.
